Every Luxury Ringmaster Jacket from Glamur by Juliana is a handcrafted creation, featuring several hours of meticulous hand-embellishment. To ensure your garment meets our elite quality standards, every order undergoes a final artisan inspection before leaving our atelier.

Processing & Handling Time

• Standard Processing: Please allow 3 to 5 business days for your order to be inspected, prepared, and packed.

• Our Commitment: We prioritize your performance timeline and strive to dispatch all packages as quickly as possible—often ahead of schedule during high seasons.

Shipping & Carrier Disclaimer

We guarantee the date your order is delivered to the carrier; however, Glamur by Juliana is not responsible for specific delivery dates once the package is in the possession of the carrier.

• Carrier Responsibility: All standard orders are shipped via USPS (United States Postal Service). Once a package is scanned into the USPS system, transit times and potential logistical delays are solely under the control of the postal service.

• No Delivery Guarantees: We are not responsible for carrier delays, weather interruptions, or failed delivery attempts. We strongly recommend ordering well in advance of your event date to allow for unforeseen transit times.

Complimentary & Expedited Shipping

• Standard Shipping: We are proud to offer Complimentary Standard Shipping via USPS on all domestic orders.

• Expedited Shipping: If you require your jacket for a specific date, expedited shipping options are available at checkout. Please note that while we pay for a faster service tier, the carrier’s ultimate performance remains subject to their own terms and conditions.

International Shipping & Customs

We ship our luxury collection worldwide.

• Customs & Duties: For international orders, the recipient is responsible for all customs duties, taxes, and brokerage fees required by their country.

• Customs Delays: International packages may be held by your country’s customs office for inspection. We have no control over these sovereign processes and are not responsible for delays caused by international customs clearance.
