We offer this website, including all information, tools, and Services available from this site to you, the user, conditioned upon your acceptance of all terms, conditions, policies, and notices stated here.

Every Glamur by Juliana jacket is a handcrafted masterpiece, featuring several hours of manual embellishment. Because these garments are artisan-made and unique, minor variations in components—including but not limited to buttons, chains, trim, and bead placement—may occur. We reserve the right to substitute hardware or decorative elements with components of equal or greater quality based on seasonal availability. These slight variations are a hallmark of unique, non-mass-produced apparel and do not constitute a product defect or "item not as described."

SECTION 3 - INTELLECTUAL PROPERTY & ORIGINAL DESIGN

Our Services, including but not limited to all trademarks, brands, text, designs, patterns, hand-embellishment techniques, and photography displayed on this site, are the exclusive intellectual property of Glamur by Juliana.

Unauthorized reproduction of our designs or the use of our brand photography by third-party sellers is strictly prohibited. We do not authorize any third-party resellers or international discount sites to sell our products. If you see our photography on another platform at a significantly lower price, it is a fraudulent listing using inferior materials. Unauthorized use of our Services or assets may be a violation of federal and state intellectual property laws.

SECTION 4 - ACCURACY OF SIZING & EVENT-BASED SALES

Due to the seasonal and performance nature of our products (e.g., Halloween, theatrical events, and weddings), our 24-hour exchange notification window is strictly enforced to ensure the integrity of our inventory.

While we provide a comprehensive "Find Your Perfect Fit" guide, customers are responsible for taking accurate measurements before purchase. Purchases are subject to return or exchange solely in accordance with our Refund Policy [LINK]. You represent and warrant that your purchases are for your own personal use and not for commercial resale or export.

SECTION 5 - MODIFICATIONS TO THE SERVICE AND PRICES

Prices for our products are subject to change without notice. We shall not be liable to you or to any third-party for any modification, price change, suspension, or discontinuance of the Service.

SECTION 6 - ACCURACY OF BILLING AND ACCOUNT INFORMATION

We reserve the right to refuse any order you place with us. We may, in our sole discretion, limit or cancel quantities purchased per person, per household, or per order. In the event that we make a change to or cancel an order, we will attempt to notify you by contacting the e‑mail and/or billing address/phone number provided at the time the order was made.

SECTION 7 - SHIPPING AND DELIVERY

We are not liable for shipping and delivery delays. All delivery times are estimates only. We are not responsible for delays caused by shipping carriers (USPS), customs processing, or events outside our control. Once we transfer products to the carrier, title and risk of loss passes to you. Please refer to our Shipping Policy for our "Peace of Mind" commitment regarding lost packages.

SECTION 8 - THIRD-PARTY LINKS & OPTIONAL TOOLS

We may provide you with access to third-party tools (such as sizing apps or review widgets) which we neither monitor nor have any control over. We have no liability whatsoever arising from or relating to your use of optional third-party tools.

These Terms of Service and any separate agreements whereby we provide you Services shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of Michigan, United States. You consent to the exclusive jurisdiction of the federal and state courts located in Michigan for any dispute arising out of these Terms.
